When Paul is away from work, coaching or volunteering, he can be found running the trails between Yorkshire and the Scottish highlands! He believes that time in the great outdoors and exercise is one of many routes to healing. Paul holds firm friendship with ES; bonded and united within the cause to raise awareness, offer support and end suicide.
